What is the minimum order?
You can order any quantity above the minimum order. If the minimum order is 24, then you could order 29, 38, 73, etc. The minimum order varies with each product.
Do you charge for personalization?
There is no personalization charge for any item that requires printing on paper. For a custom chocolate coin, there is a plate fee of $30.00 per side.
How much printing space do I have?
The maximum personalizing area varies depends on the printable space on each item. Provide us with your information and we will email a proof for your approval. You have the option to make changes at no extra charge. The larger amount of text will cause the print to be smaller.
How true are your colors on your site?
Keep in mind that monitor settings can vary and the colors may appear different on the screen then in person. If you are matching colors, we suggest you order a sample.
What is optional clipart?
There are over 300 pieces of clipart available for your use in designing the perfect chocolate favor. No charge for these designs.
Do you provide a proof?
An emailed proof is provided at no charge. An order is not filled until it has been approved by the customer. Please take time to check spelling and verify the shipping address. If you approve the order with an error, then you are responsible for replacement.
When should I place my order?
You can place your order at any time and we will not produce your chocolate until just prior to your requested ship date. By placing your order early, this guarantees a production spot for your order at the time you want it produced. We recommend that you request to receive your chocolate about two weeks before your event. If you are not sure of the amount, place your order for the approximate number of chocolates that you think you'll need. You can adjust your order quantity up or down once you receive your RSVPs. Your quantity can be adjusted until one week prior to your ship date.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally, custom orders are shipped within a week of placing an order or approval. Two days for products that does not require personalization. If we are out of inventory, typically, add one more week.
Do you offer rush orders?
No charges for rush orders. If you need a product immediately, call first to make sure we have the product in stock. Shipping charges will depend on the service you select. We are not responsible for late deliveries when shipment is given to carrier on time.

How do I send a photo or logo?
Add a photo or logo to your order by emailing chocolateimpressions@gmail.com Image resolution needs to be at least 300 dpi and sent as a jpeg, tiff, eps, psd, ai or pdf file. A higher resolution will guarantee a better quality print.
What kind of images do you need for chocolate coins?
A black and white image is needed for designing a coin plate. Add a logo or custom design by emailing to chocolateimpressions@gmail.com. Image resolution needs to be at least 300 dpi and can be any of the following file formats: jpeg, tiff, eps, psd, ai or pdf. A higher resolution will guarantee a better quality print. We have over 300 standard designs available for your use in designing a chocolate coins at no charge. There is only one plate available per design except for monogram plates there are two.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, we do offer samples! There is no charge for the chocolate but we do charge for shipping which will be refunded once the actual order is placed. Shipping charges will depend on location and the time of the year. At the end, these are FREE SAMPLES!
Do you ship during warm weather?
Yes. When temperatures are above 75 degrees, you should select a cooler for shipping. We ship with gel packs and a cooler bag for a $6.00 fee. The gel packs are used to keep the chocolate from melting during shipping. (3 days maximum time) We cannot guarantee the package if left at the door. Once the chocolate is delivered, it should be brought in immediately and store in a cool room. This will allow any product that may have gotten soft to return to normal. Placing warm chocolate in the refrigerator would cause the chocolate to turn white. It does not affect the taste but affects the look. States outside of a 3 day ship are WA, OR, CA, UT, NV, AZ, ID, MT, WY need to select UPS 3 day shipping during hot weather.
Where do you ship?
We ship within United States and Canada. UPS requires a physical address. All packages are left at the door unless you request for a signature. A UPS shipping confirmation will be sent when your order ships.
How long will chocolate last?
Our chocolate products have a shelf life of one year except truffles. We do not recommend refrigeration. Simply store the product at room temperature (around 72*) - keep away from direct sunlight and heating units.
Are your products Kosher?
Most of our products are OU-D certified Kosher Dairy. Please call if more information is needed.
